About the Event

The global COVID disruption to the economy has dramatically accelerated the digital transformation programs of businesses here and around the world. For example McKinsey and Company estimates its corporate clients experienced an average of seven years worth of transformation in just six months last year.

The upheaval also brought a renewed emphasis on sustainability and in particular the resilience of supply chains.

The Which-50/SAP Accelerating and Sustainable Transformation Senior Executive Round Table will address:

  • The significant disruptions companies faced in 2020
  • The solutions they adopted
  • How much of the pandemic-induced change is here to stay
  • The ongoing issue of building resilience in the way companies work

The breakfast begins with a presentation from Lendlease’s Monica Graham.

Monica is General Manager, Origination, Podium Asset Services at Lendlease where the mission is to reimagine energy, water and connectivity for the built world to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve customer experience and drive more productive cities.

Lendlease is also the company behind the huge, world beating Barangaroo development in Sydney.  Upon completion in 2024, Barangaroo will be the first precinct of its size in the world to be climate positive and carbon neutral. This outcome is achieved by using world’s best practice sustainability principles, operating in the most efficient manner and offsetting any residual carbon emissions with on-site or off-site renewable resources.

Monica’s presentation will set the scene for the round table discussion facilitated by Which-50 editor-in-chief Andrew Birmingham, one of the country’s leading writers and commentators on business transformation.
